Robert Bourgeois will be on-site all day to help you immerse yourself in everything related to fire maintenance and cooking in New France.
Through objects from the 17th to the 19th centuries from his collection, the public will have the opportunity to learn about different cooking methods and how to use various utensils such as : a rotisserie, a hatier, a landier, a pot stand, a drip pan, a rack, a meat grill, a toaster, etc.
